Centre for Business
The Centre for Business Law and Innovation is a vibrant community for the practice of business law. The faculty provides practical opportunities and connections within the Oregon business community. It hosts over 50 courses each year. Its programs and events cover a wide range of subjects, including M&A and international business law. The institute also supports the study of the changing role of companies in society and hosts many symposia and other events.
The center hosts numerous programs. There are more than 50 business law courses offered each year, and the faculty members teach core courses and electives on cutting-edge topics. Some of the clinic’s signature programs are Startup@BerkeleyLaw, Women in Business Law Initiative, and Corporate Counsel Network. The Centre for the Study of Business and Society at Berkeley is an excellent resource for students and legal professionals interested in these fields.
